Riverwind Cove is a deed-restricted community located in Alva, FL, just 15 miles east of Ft. Myers, along the banks of the Caloosahatchee River. This well designed community allows families to commune with nature and enjoy amenities such as fishing, boating, and horseback riding, just a stone’s throw away. The perfect spot for birdwatchers and nature lovers; red-shouldered hawks, Sandhill Cranes, woodpeckers, ibis and herons are common sights in the community. If you desire a more laid back lifestyle our spacious lots allow the homeowner to create a perfect environment for quieter times.


Q: Does Riverwind Cove have a Home Owner Association fee?


A: Yes. Riverwind Cove has a mandatory annual Home Owner Association fee of $660 annually.


Q: Does Riverwind Cove allow horses?


A: Yes. Riverwind Cove has an onsite barn that they rent out to homeowners in the community. The stall rental is not included in the Home Owner Association fee.


Q: Is Riverwind Cove a gated community?


A: No. Riverwind Cove is not a gated community.
