Riverwind Cove is a deed-restricted community located in Alva, FL, just 15 miles east of Ft. Myers, along the banks of the Caloosahatchee River. Q: Does Riverwind Cove have a Home Owner Association fee?
A: Yes. Riverwind Cove has a mandatory annual Home Owner Association fee of $660 annually.
Q: Does Riverwind Cove allow horses?
A: Yes. Riverwind Cove has an onsite barn that they rent out to homeowners in the community. The stall rental is not included in the Home Owner Association fee.
Q: Is Riverwind Cove a gated community?
A: No. Riverwind Cove is not a gated community.
