How To Decorate For Fall On A Budget

How To Decorate For Fall On A Budget

I’m just slightly obsessed with finding a good deal, especially when it comes to seasonal home decor. I started decorating our house at the beginning on September, even though it’s basically 100 degrees here in SWFL. If you know me, you know I am an early decorator. So, I have to get my fall décor up early because it comes down the second Halloween is over and up goes the Christmas Décor!  I hope you guys enjoy these tips for decorating for fall on a budget.

Pillow covers from Amazon

Throw pillows are the quickest way to get your home ready for fall. If you have extra throw pillows that you don’t use you can put a fall throw pillow cover over them. But if you don’t have extra throw pillows you can buy a pack of four from Amazon for around $20. All of the pillow covers above are $10 and under!

Big Lots fall decor

I love Big Lots! I don’t think Big Lots gets enough credit for it’s adorable seasonal home decor. Every item above is $11 or less and year round you can find affordable home decor from Big Lots. A lot of their fall decor selection has a farmhouse vibe this year and I’m obsessed!

Hang string lights

We hung string lights in our living room and I just feel like it adds the perfect cozy feeling. String lights aren’t necessarily a fall decoration, but when I think of fall I think of cozy, cuddle weather. So, adding string lights to any room will just give your home a cozy ambiance.

Add cozy throw blankets to every space

Add a fun orange blanket to your living room for a nice pop of fall color. If you prefer a neutral color palette at all times add a fuzzy white, grey or brown throw blanket for added coziness.

Add fall flowers

My last budget friendly tip to decorating your home for fall is to add fall flowers. If you go to Publix or any grocery store this time of year they have a beautiful selection of fall flowers to chose from. Put them in a vase of your choice and voila!

I hope you enjoyed my budget friendly tips for decorating for fall! What are some ways you have decorated for this fall season that are budget friendly?
